Atc's for swaps

I've some atc's that I've done for two different swap groups to show you today.

The first one is for my craft group swap which had the theme of animals.

My stamped image is a High Hopes stamp which has been coloured using my whisper pens.

Also used a die cut corner & leaves. along with some brads & flowers.

 My second set of Atc's are for the Ukstampers monthly atc group rung by
 vonny.
The theme for March is the some title " Dancing By Moonlight".
I had some paper with music score on it , a die cut star & some stamped images also.

Pumpkin Harvest Scrapbook Layout

Last year my Grandson & myself grow three pumpkins from seed for the first time last year .

We were surprised at how easy they are to grow & will definitely be  growing them again  this year . 

My grandson was so chuffed with himself when he got to harvest the pumpkins .

In my layout you can see him sat on the mud putting one of the plants in the ground & added an arrow saying "Plant".

Another picture is were you can see the pumpkins growing with the scary faces we made to keep the cats of our patch & must say they did work. The arrow I've added here is say "grow". 

Lastly the larger picture is his holding the biggest pumpkin & a beaming smile from grandson. The arrow added to this is "harvest".

The paper I've used for this layout is American crafts . I've used a Gromlet & a Flair badge.

So lets get on with whats on my desk .

Along the top is the scrapbook paper cut ready to use for my next project a mini album . Next to the paper you'll see that I've got out the paper & book covers which will be the album.

below this paper scraps & my trimmer. The pieces of paper on the trimmer are to mark for cutting each piece of paper & this speed things up as well.

 

Scrapbook Layout

This is my last Halloween layout for now as I've got my Halloween album up to date with this one being 2014. 

The paper used for my back ground is from K& Co & the pumpkin verse at the bottom was taken from scrapbook paper by My Minds Eye.
The black cobwebs are felt coasters which were a pack of six for £1 ,I picked up in Asda .
The trick or treat words are rub ons, & I've used a Martha Stewart punch to edge the corners of this sign.

Three Blue themed ATC's

Three atc's made for a swap for a group on facebook.

The theme for the month was anything blue .

I've covered my atc card with plan scrapbook paper & then stamped using blue ink onto white thin card then cut out .

The stamps used are old Paperartsy stamps .

I've sewn a metal button onto each atc  & added some glossy accents onto a few of the buttons on the stamped image which isn't really showing up to well in my photo which is a same.

Halloween Scrapbook Layout

A scrapbook layout made using more K& Co papers.

The skeleton theme fitted in just right with my grandsons outfit he was wearing for Halloween.

The numbers I've used for the date at the bottom of the page were cut using a sizzix die.

The other embellishments I can't remember the make & I think I got them from Michaels in America. 

Valentine tags

With Valentine fast approaching The challenge myself & two crafting friends from a weekly craft club I go to decided to make a tag with the theme of Love/Romance.

Here are the tags we made .

The left one is mine , The middle was made by Rita & the right one was made by Sue . 

Scrapbook Lay out ( Halloween)

I'm trying to get up to date with my Halloween album .

Like I mentioned in another post I have a Christmas album & also a separate Halloween album also .

Each Halloween night now I take a photo of my Grandson to remember his outfits.

I started this Halloween album in 2011.

The back ground paper I've used is from a K&Co paper pad along with the orange frame around the photo.

The spider ribbon I can't remember where I got that but it all ties in nicely with this lay out.

I added some other  Halloween embellishments  also.

I must just say that my daughter in law made this spider costume , & we thought  she did a fantastic job making it.

Double page Christmas scrapbook layout.

I've a 12x12 album which only has Christmas layouts in .  

After each Christmas I make a double page spread which marks either Christmas day or boxing day. 

I've made a double page layout for my Christmas album.

The paper used is from a paper pad by  DCWV which I purchased at Michaels in  America along with the nutcracker solider ribbon & embellishment.
I didn't want to go over the top with adding embellishments because the paper was a bit busy & spoke for it's self.

Post card art Swap

Here's my entry for the post card swap taking place over at ukstampers.co.uk arrange by sam.

The theme for this month was weather.

I've tried to capture the weather we've had in out part of the world so far this month, with snow hail 7 rain.

 For my back ground I've coloured my card with Claudine Hellmuth Acrylic paint , Landscape Green & Sky Blue. Over this I've used a Dylusion stamp & Versa magic Ocean Dept..
To get the black shadow around the man & his umbrella I've used the cut out below as my template & added the black paint & then stuck the die cut over the top but placing it a little to one side to give the showdown effect.

Journal page

Here's my entry for February  Dylusions Facebook challenge . The theme for this month was use purple ,hearts & Skulls.

I've used Crushed grape to colour the clothing & hat & heart.

Post box red to colour heart & roses, & cut grass for the leaves in the spray inks & spun sugar in Distress ink to colour the skin, verse.

The stamped images have been stamped using Archival Jet Black & Vermillion.

I thought this was a good challenge for this month.

WOYWW 296

My crafting mojo has returned & I 've been making up for lost time.  It's only taken my a month to get back into the swing of things again Oh & having hubby working away this week might have had something to do with it as I get more done when he's not here. Lol.

Anyway this is my desk this morning .

Two sets of Dylusions stamps ,Three Dylusion spray inks Two ink pads & scissors .

I've used the roses stamp from one of the Dylusions stamp sets & coloured them with the spray inks .

I'm in the process o cutting out the roses which will be used on my next journal page.

Being Silly Scrapbook Layout

I was going through some photo's & came across this one that I took of my other half  .

This was taken  when we were in a brick a brack  shop on the Isle of Wight last year.

He does do silly things at times & always makes me laugh.

I've used papers from Artic Frog & Kanban & two cards from Graphic 45.

The lock & key are chip board pieces which I've colour with grey ink.

Washi tape along the bottom of the page  & a die cut which was inked to give it some colour was also used. 

Love Letter Tag

A tag made for a challenge that was set between myself & two crafting friend for February.

The theme was hearts/love/romance.

 Here is the tag I've made.

My base card for my tag was covered with scraps of K&Co paper & with some white acrylic paint I dabbed that over the paper.

The airmail letter was from Paper mania collection which I stuck to a piece of card.

The red hearts were cut using a sizzix die & edged with white acrylic paint & a little jewel added to each. The name plate & the leaf were also cut using sizzix dies.

So my take on this  theme as you can see is a love letter coming from across the miles .
