WOYWW 334

I'm a little late this week join you & showing you my desk.
I have a double page layout on my desk which I'm unable to finish because I've run out of black card to put behind each photo.
My layouts are of my sons new truck which has been named after me.
I'm such a proud mum & lucky to have a wonderful who would want to do something so lovely, I'm truly blessed to have him.
Tomorrow I'll be going to my local craft shop to get some more card so until then they'll be staying put.
Today my other desk has been my kitchen work top & my lap doing pumpkin carving .

I've used stencils to carve the Witch, Bat & Spider.
The face I created myself.
We just love Halloween at our house.
Tomorrow I'll be making the trick or treat bags up for the children that will call Saturday evening.

  2. Hi Jill,

That's a big red truck your son has! I didn't know they name their trucks like people name boats.

Great pumpkin carving. I remember doing that with my family growing up. Just the basic jack-o-lantern kind of thing. The designs are so elaborate these days - love your witch!

Thank you for visiting me already!
    Happy WOYWW

  6. Well, how lovely is that? I'd be really chuffed if a truck was named after me! You must have a great son :-)
The pumpkins carving is really good too, far more sophisticated than any I've ever done!

  13. Jill, that layout is stunning! And proud you should be :-) Love the pumpkins. Since the granddaughters moved to WA 2000 miles away, carving pumpkins have lost their luster. I have plastic jack o lanterns with solar lights that have been gracing my deck railing for a week. ;-) Thanks for popping by my blog. Bob did enjoy his birthday. he found the gun barrel he's been on the hunt for so he was a happy guy. :-) Creative Blessings! Kelly #41
