WOYWW #158

First let me start by saying a big thank you for the atc's i recieved from the swap that Julia had arrange for the 3rd Anniversary of woyww .
here aresome atc's i recieved from Cindy, Toni, Ann, & Jo ,
So here's my desk today ,
Well last night before i went to bed.
The card is for fathers day . The card front was on another card which i had recieved & i like the image so much i thought i'd reuse it on another card. So really the new card is not totally made by me . Just need to put Happy Fathers day on it now.
My art journal is open with the new pages needing to dry from all the acrylic paint on them.
On my craft mat is an atc i'm making . I wanted the back ground to have a crackled effect so that had to be left over night for best results ,but here it was last night starting to crackle.

  1. Thee crackling is looking good even at this early stage, hope it dried OK. I never have much luck with it.
Lovely collection of ATCs (smile) and I love that mucky plate, a work of art in itself.

  5. Loving the collection of ATC’s you’ve received Jill, they are beautiful. We definitely have a bunch of very talented crafters in our (not so) little group don’t we.

You have a nice tidy desk this week, unlike mine.

    Happy Crafting!

  6. Hi Jill if you don't want to wait forever for crackling - try base layer of acrylic paint (dry with heat gun) Layer of PVA dry with heat gun. Top coat of acrylic paint (dry with heat gun). Ready to embellish! I used this technique without the heat gun to crackle my pink two of the walls in my craft room (oh and using emulsion not little pots of acrylic! WOYWW Hugs from Helen 14
