So what's on my desk , Julia's desk http://stamping-ground.blogspot.co.uk/& other WOYWW's desk this week i here you ask yourself. Well follow the link & hop over there to find out whats going on
Yesterday afternoon i thought i'd play with the Dylusions spray ink & Tim's distress inks.
My plan of attack was to get plenty of card sprayed & inked up so that while it was drying i could then be tidying up ready to get started on some atc's.
I got to make complete one atc of the raven which is a stamp from The Octopode Factory.
The other atc in the making is the mad hatter which has been stamped & embossed in the Rangers detail black embossing power. The base card was put through an embossing file on my bigshot , then used black utee & a little perfect pearls which gives a great look i think.
The lace board i cut using Martha Stewart punch, the two clocks i've stamped i placed two spoon brads i had in the middle ready to put on the atc .
On the top left of my craft mat i've another atc side card ready to do something with , & at the top right of my craft mat you can see my inky card pile ready to play with.
Hope I have the right Jill (you didn't leave a number and when I click on your name it won't lead me to your blog).
ReplyDeleteWell spotted with those atc holders - they are old ones but I just got them out for a photo shoot whilst making another one.
Good luck with your atc makes.

I love the hot colours you've used - really Indian influenced, I think. Love the black swirly-wirlies too (technical term there!), very smart!

ReplyDeleteFabulous ATC and very impressed at the lack of mess given you have been using colour sprays...I only used them once and got more on me and my desk than the card

ReplyDeleteYour projects look awesome! I love the inks you used! If that is the Tim Holtz craft mat, I have it too and have been using it for over a year now. Last week, I cut it! I was cutting paper and I cut right through it. Idiot me! But I will continue to use it until I cut it worse! LOL!!
ReplyDeleteHappy WOYWW!

Well I'm sure it all makes sense to you papercrafters! No I do understand - I often have several sewing projects underway, just so I don't have to keep changing the foot on the sewing machine.
