What a difference a week makes, last week it was lovely & warm with record temputures being reach in many parts of England. This week it's all change with snow & blizzards in Scotland. We've had rain since yesterday afternoon which i must admit hte garden really needs a good soaking & my water butts need filling. So wendesday has arrived again so lets all head over to Julia's place http://stamping-ground.blogspot.co.uk/for some fun seeing what everyone has been up to since last week. So here is my desk i have a journal page which is just finished.
The images i used were free of the internet & the dressmodel is Graphic45 with a mans head stuck on top.
The back ground was made using Dylusions spray inks which i'm lovely using. I went round the images with a white Posca pen . Hope everyone has a happy crafting day .
Looks like you are really getting into the art journalling now Jill. Gorgeous colours in the background and I love almost anything from Graphic 45 :o)

ReplyDeleteOoh, I have some white Posca pens, but I never thought of using them for highlighting an image like this - it looks very effective. That's a fun journal page and I like the red and orange combination for the background.
ReplyDeleteHappy Wednesday!

ReplyDeletewe are supposed to have some snow later...but, honestly our weatherman has lied to us all winter...none ever happens ...we've had the best winter on record or so it seems to me.. who can believe him anymore?
Ha ha! I love the dress maker form with the man's head on top. I scrolled down a bit past your post and noticed the awesome tag from yesterday. I may have to spend some time getting lost in your blog. Anyway, love the journal page and the white ink around the images really helped to make them pop. I am just discovering the joys of Graphic 45 myself.
ReplyDeleteThink the white pen was a touch of genius, great page!
