Christmas Configuration Box

My Configuration box with a Christmas display.
This outer box with three little boxes were left over from another project I'd done a few years ago when I just used the other small boxes.
I've painted the whole box inside & with two coats of gold acrylic paint.
I've used paper from DCWV to line the backs of the boxes.
Then all that was left to do was to add some Christmas decorations.
Most of the pieces you can see were things that had broken off from something else which I'd kept just in case they could used for something else, & hands up who else does this because I'm guessing I'm not along.
The red pine cone Christmas tree was made by my little grandson so I'm hoping this will be somewhere safe to keep it for many years to come.
Lastly I added the feet .

Naughty or Nice Journal Page

For this page I've used red & black Acrylic paint as my back ground.
The holly & baubles are Dylusions stamps,Which have been coloured again with Posca pens.
The other images are stamps by Julie Nutting.
I did use Dylusons red spray ink to colour some of the items on the girl .
I wanted a pattern skirt on the girl so I stamped the image again on a piece of scrapbook paper , cut it out & stuck it down over the first stamped image.
I draw a face on the girl & hopefully it makes you wonder has she been naughty or nice .

GingerBread man card

I'm so pleased with the how this Christmas card turned out .
I've made the Gingerbread man so that he comes off the card & then can be hung on the tree.
The Gingerbread man has been cut from felt using an old Sizzix die , & then blanket stitched around the edge. I've also added eyes, bow, Ric rac ribbon to finish him off.
The paper used is scrapbook paper from Die cuts with a view.
The pinsetter was cut using glitter card & a spellbinders die & the fern is also another spellbinders die.

Follow the Star Journal Page

Another journal page from me using a black page as my starting point.
I used a Dylusions Christmas tree stamp around the outside & coloured the tree & stars with green & gold Posca pens.
I've used gold acrylic paint through a star stencil to give me a all the little stars.
The large star is a die cut that has been painted with gold paint & around the edge I've used glitter dust to give a bit of sparkly.
The words have been stamped with white ink & outlined with the sliver Posca pen.

A birthday card made using a High Hope stamped image that was given to me a while back.
I've coloured the bbq chef using Whisper felt pens that match some paper I had. I've added three brads at the bottom of the card as well.

The few in the box will be hung on the Christmas tree &  the others will hopefully be turned into a hanging garland.

The Holly & The Ivy Journal Page

Its been a while since I've done anything in my art journal so decided to make a Christmas page now that Christmas songs are being played in most places I go.
I do like this song the holly & the ivy.
I wanted to have a try at working on a black page like I've seen plenty of others do on the internet.
I'm pleased with the out come of my page.
I used a black acrylic paint to cover a page & then with a gold ink pad I had I used a Dylusions holly stamp to decorate around the page.
I've coloured in the holly leaves with a green Posca pen & then roughly out lined the leaves using a gold & white Posca pen.
I used a glittery red gel pen to colour the berries.
The Ivy was cut from a Tim Holtzs dies & the bird is also a stamp from Tim Holtzs.
I stamp the words using a white ink pad & out lined them with the gold Posca pen again.
The music note at the bottom of the page was made using a stencil & out lined in white.
