So here is my finished mini album. The cover was made from grey board & cover using some K&Co paper i had & a 6x6 seaside paper pad from Crafty Indiviuals. I've used a card dome on the front cover to hold some of the small sea shells i had collected from Clacton , southend , Brightling Sea ,& Waton-on-the-naze. My original plan was to stick the small shells on the front cover but change my mind becasue i thought that they might come off over time or just break. I've used a Tim Holtzs ring binder to hold the inside pages. The flip flop on the side was won from the 2p machines from archades.
The inside pages of the album have some pages with pockets & flap added with small pages attached to them which gives more room for photo's.
This is lovely Jill, a real keepsake.
ReplyDeleteWow I love this!! What a wonderful Idea for the front cover - my first seaside holiday mini book have a tiny bottle of sand from the beach dangling from it- i like your idea better!
