Step Christmas cards

Two snowman step cards I've made.

The image of the snowman is a High Hopes stamp.

The sliver mirror card was put through an embossing folder & cut down to place on the card.

I've used two large brad on my cars & place a snow flake in the centre.

Wednesday again so here's the day were around the world we all visit Julia's http://stamping-ground.blogspot.co.uk/  and show what we have on our desks.

On mine is my December daily album .

I painted & added paper to a Bo Bunny album that i had & have made a start cutting paper to size to fit in the page protectors. I finished doing this later Monday afternoon & haven't been back to my desk since. 

So my plan for today will be to do some more crafting & of course see what everyone else has been up to today.

Christmas cards

Three quick & simple  Christmas cards made.

The cards were already patterned & were old Paper Mania. The Poinsettia flower was stamped on green & red card a few times then cut out & layered to give it some dimension.

I'm trying my hand at step cards. I've got two so far cut & scored & just waiting for me to decide how i'm going to decorate them. 

Next to them i have my Christmas Dylusion stamps which if the plan in my head works out i'll be using them on the card.

Middle of my desk some Christmas coloured pearls, & a bag of Christmas ribbons.

Snowman cards

 I'd seen so many cards on Pinterest of a snowman card using Stamp-in up's Top Note Die .
I really liked the snowman cards I'd seen & how easy it was to make so I went ahead & ordered the Stamp-in Up die to have a try at making this card for myself.
As I'm not really a card maker I'm pleased at how well my cards turned out.

So on my desk are some snowmen i stamped & coloured a few months again with good  intentions of making Christmas cards but got  into other things & didn't do anything with them.

Now that Halloween is well & truly over it's time to think about making a few Christmas cards once again, or at least attempt too .

So the cards are out, the inserts, & envelopes so i guess that's a good start for now . 

Spooky fun

What a fun night we all had last night from Halloween & the many children that came call at our door.

We have never had so many children before doing Trick or Treat  it was wonderful & the one thing i can say about all the children were that they were so polite & all said thank you. 

All the treat boxes i had made went quickly & i had to make up some treat bags which all went so my dear husband was sent down to our local shop for more sweets which we left lose in a bowl.

I thought i'd show you our pumpkins light up & my lovely grandson being a scary pirate . By the time he got to us he was tired & didn't want to put his mask on to show us but we don't mind he's still lovely as he is.

So thats it for another year , now to get on with some Christmas bits.
