Happy Wednesday fellow bloggers, it's Whats on your work desk wednesday again number 125.
I'm getting a head start with making up the Trick or Treat bags ready for Halloween night .
I've been stamping using the halloween stamps i brought from Micheals craft store in America. I picked these stamps up from the dollar rack.
The Black , Brown & Orange card were in my scraps of bag so this project was a good why of using up some scrap card. So you might notice that not all bag tops have been cut to the same size.
I used my Martha Stewart cobweb punches on the card as well .
The bag nearly full of sweets we got from a recent trip to Florida where we attended Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party at Magic Kingdom where you get to go to lots of trick or treat stations dotted about Magic Kingdom with your bag & the cast members put handful of sweets & chocolate in your bag.
I brought my goodie bag home with me & thought it would be a great idea to make up trick or treat bags as i'm not going to eat all the sweets we were given.
The Skeletons, & heads i got from Wilkinson last year .
Love those tags - I fancy that cobweb punch too but I went for the gravestone one instead. Have a fabulous Halloween!
ReplyDeleteIt sounds like a lot of fun in the Magic Kingdom! Love the bag toppers! The punch at the bottom really makes them pop! Awesome job! Thanks for sharing! -Amanda
ReplyDeleteGosh - do you have lots of people a knocking or something more organised? I wish there was more in the line of Halloween here in the UK to justify it all. I have a couple of friends who fall into the Goth category which is about all the justification I can use at present........
ReplyDeleteLooks like you are all ready for Halloween, have a good one and Have a happy Wednesday! Mel #59
ReplyDeleteGotta love Mikes, I was there yesterday for the first time in quite a few weeks. Got a couple of stamps at 40% off but forgot to look in the $1 section. Love how the bags are turning out, they'll be a big hit with the kids.

ReplyDeleteaaahh halloween unfortunately we dont celebrate it that much here, no trick or treating, which reminds me I'd better get some sweets out just in case the neighbours kids come around

Those treat bags look wonderful, and I am sure they will be well received. We do not have the Halloween event as you do so we tend to just lock the door and turn the doorbell off and ignore it. Rather ba-humbug, I am afraid. Hope your event goes well.
ReplyDeleteThese are great treat bags! Have a great Halloween! Happy late WOYWWED!
